It depends on scope, but most Starter and Standard projects are built and launched within a few weeks of the proposal being agreed.
What happens after my site launches?
You can choose a Care or Care+ plan for hosting, security, backups, and (with Care+) a small monthly allowance for content updates.
Is there a contract?
Yes — every project has a simple written agreement covering scope, price, and timeline before any work begins.
What if I need something outside the standard scopes?
That's what the Growth tier and the free diagnosis are for — every project is scoped individually before a fixed price is confirmed.
Do you work with businesses outside Wales?

What if I'm not happy with the design?
Your proposal will set out how many rounds of revisions are included — this is agreed upfront, not left open-ended.
